She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe K. Givens and Betty J. Givens (Ruggles); her husband Jack Conley; her siblings, Cheryl Lee Givens, Keith and Richard Givens; and her nephew Richie B. Givens.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Conley (Tracy), Theresa Conley and Melissa Conley (Johhny Riley); and her siblings, Dennis Givens (Tami), Kenneth "Peanut" Givens and Joyce Burroway (Jeff). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews & friends.
