He is survived by: his sons, Bill (Melissa Foster, Jr.) and Harold (Lisa); his grandchildren, Heather, Kelli, Tracy, Harold, Jr., Christopher, Zan, Travis and Amber; and his siblings, Terry Foster and Janice Jackson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
