With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Reed of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 5, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Bill shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bill farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Reed and Elizabeth Reed (Gray); and his wife Janice Reed (Parr). He is survived by : his niece Cindy Dickens (Chris); his great-niece Kimberly Newell; his great-nephews, J. D. Ray and Matthew Ray (Anna); his sister-in-law Bonnie Reed; and his stepson Stephen Parr.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at the Myers Cemetery (2785 N Hampton Rd, Springfield, OH 45502).
