She is survived by: her parents, Stephanie DeLong and Richard Payne II; her siblings, Brittany Tucker, Trey Payne, Joshua Taylor, Robert Taylor, Neriah Payne, Connor Payne, Mathieu Payne and Zyron Payne; and her grandparents, Dave and Pat DeLong.
