He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Mills and Marianna Mills (Wellman). He is survived by: his wife Debra (Bennett); his sons, Kyle Mills (Brittnay) and Casey Mills (Holly); his grandchildren, Bennett, Grayson, Brookelynn and Parker; his brother Kevin Mills; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Jim (Sara) and Rachael (James).

Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled Americans Veterans Club.
