He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Choate and Mary Choate. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Kathy Thomas (Herb) and Tom Choate (Debbie); his grandchildren, Stephanie Reese (James), Jennifer Huffman (Jay), Faith Huffman (Mike) and Clark Choate (late Jessica); his great grandchildren, Ryan Bonfini (Lilly), Brandi Mitchell (Isaiah), Ashley Mitchell, Taylor Mitchell, Lance Wilcox, Travis Mitchell, Connor Bell, Rosalie Choate and Everett Choate; and his great great grandchildren, Rowan Bonfini and Lucien Claudio.
