She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover A. Sebastian and Beatrice Sebastian (Truesdale); her husband Sidney Franklin; and her son Terry Franklin. She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Miller (Craig Cline) of Springboro; her grandchildren, Erika Archbold (Chris) and Matthew Franklin (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Mattix Franklin and Tate Archbold; her stepgrandchildren, Camrynn Cline and Casen Cline; her sister Cathy Aller (John) of South Carolina; and her cousins, Sandy Franklin, Nan Palocko and Reva.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to the Humane Association of Warren County.
