She was predeceased by: her father Taylor Blevins Sr.; her husband Lumis Hensley; and her siblings, Fred Blevins, Taylor Blevins Jr., Doug Blevins, Darlene Rigsby, Jerrie Brown, Betty Newsome, Judy Stanley and Ella Clotine Shirkey.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Hensley (Pamela) and Rena Sue Shampton (John); her grandson William Shampton (Pati); her great grandchild Sophia Shampton; and her brother Clifford Blevins.
