She was predeceased by: her husband Claude "Baldy" Stapleton; her siblings, Sam Ivins (Shirley) and Barbara Koons (Kenneth); and her parents, Kathleen Ivins and Walter Ivins.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Malinowski (Stapleton) and John Stapleton (Vera Stapleton); her grandchildren, Jenny Caffrey (Brock Henderson), Shaun Malinowski (Bridget Malinowski), Paige Dvorak (Alex Dvorak), Shelby Jones Josh Bozile (Austin Jones), Talia Bond and Robin Howell; and her great grandchildren, Ema Grace, Miles, Jace, Ellie, Lucas, RJ, Russel, Addy, Jackson and Logan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Dayton or the walk to End Alzheimers in her memory.
