He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ray and Helen Bartimay, Sr. (Taylor); and his former wife Judith Bartimay (Hole). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bartimay (Pfeifer); his daughter Sharon Bartimay (Will Grosz); his sister Norma Shaffer; his nephew Bradley Shaffer; and his niece Erica Shaffer.
