With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet S. Lantz of Springboro, Ohio, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Penix and Mary Penix (May). She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Stephens (Terry) and Kevin Webb (Dawn); her grandchildren, Ben Chapman and Kyle Webb (Haleigh); her brothers, Dr. Arnold Penix (Bonnie) and Ronald Penix (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Breyden, Lilly and Silas; and her caregivers, Anne Smith and Lisa Bourne.
