He is survived by: his mother Pamela Gallagher,; his wife Trina Gallagher; his son Hugh Michael Gallagher, IV (Katelyn); his stepchildren, Adam McPherson and Sarah McPherson (Phillip Forsythe); his sister Melinda Witt (Wayne); his half-siblings, Patrick Gallagher and Kelsey Gallagher; his grandchildren, Audrey and Leroy; his niece Phoebe; and his nephew Logan. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
