He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Thomas Mouat and Ann Mouat; his wife Cindy; his sons, Garin, Tyler and Greyson; his siblings, Andrea Mouat, Jennifer Laughman (Mike) and Tom Mouat Jr.; his parents-in-law, Charles and Margaret Thoma; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Thoma and Cara Ungurait (Keith). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
