She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen (Virginia Phillips) and Steve; and her sister Susan. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Axiotes Toscano; her son-in-law Vinny; her grandson Pasquale; her sister Pam; her brother-in-law Wade Goins; her nieces and nephews, Marti Lynn Haney (Mike), Bob Moyes, Greg Cox (Meaghan), Ginny Papst (Levi) and Amy Hawkins (Chris); and also, Sherri and Herb Swiger. She is also survived by six great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franklin Public Library in Eleanor's honor.
