Bush (Lori) of Lake Wales, FL and Jami Lee Kruithoff (Jeffrey) of Springboro, OH; his grandchildren, Alicia Kay Bush, Logan Patrick McCormick (Tessa) and Melinda Lee Croley (Jason); his great grandchildren, Lucy Marie McCormick, Lola Ann McCormick and Gunner Lee Croley; his sister Janice Gross (Gene); his niece Kim Easley (Rex); his nephew Ed Gross (Diane); his great-niece Megan Milburn (Josh); and his great-nephew Eric Easley.
