He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cletus and Iris Marie Borders (Sours); his wife Viola Marie Borders; his siblings, Glen Borders and Rose Ruppert; his nephew Tim Ruppert; and his niece Delana Wells.
He is survived by: his son Dallas James Borders (DJ); his nieces and nephews, Kim Felty, Pamela Sue McQuown, Kathy Seibert, Tama McIntyre, Karen Miller, Randy Ruppert, Brian Ruppert and Kevin Borders; and his cousins, Charles and Terry Beres.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
