He is survived by: his wife Mui Ly Pham (Phu); his sons, Hoa Pham (Leah) of Xenia, Phu Pham (Ling) of Spring Valley, Quy Pham (Erica) of Springboro and Hui Pham (Nhi) of Springboro; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Colin, Cory, Chun, Yuna, Yulida, Kaylee and Jordan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
