He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tracy and Helen Sullivan Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Dora Hammond Tracy; his children, Kathy Harter (Joe Price) of Spencerville and William E. Tracy of Lima; and his stepdaughter Judy Baker of Berea. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
