He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Rhoda Ross Bell; and his siblings, Murland, Dortha, Winford, Patrick, Rambo, Harold, Fred, Edna, Elsie and Norma.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dona Kihara (Don) of Wapakoneta and Lois Wainscott (Pat) of Elida; his grandson Brian Wainscott; his children, Michael (Lezlye), Anna, Lauren and Ryland Wainscott; his grandson Darren Wainscott (Gracyn); his great grandchildren, Owen, Beau Wainscott and Matt Watterson; and also, Collin Watterson (Abby Howard), Ezrah Howard and Nolan Gillespie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spencerville Area Veterans Park.
