With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Starr Obringer of Spencerville, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Billy Miller and Mildred Miller (Klaus); her husband Dale; her granddaughters, Kylee, Kenzee and Kassidee Reynolds; her son-in-law Frank Reynolds; her sisters, Brenda Teman (Teman) and Linda Bilimek (Carl); and her daughter Kristin. She was also cherished by numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
