She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren J. Lambert and Sylvia P. Lambert (Snyder); her husband Charles Daley; her sister Ruby A Schooler; her son-in-law Herman Carnes; and her granddaughter Jacqueline Carnes.
She is survived by: her children, Steven A. Daley (Melissa) of Spencerville, Shonda A. Whittaker (Steven) of Somerset, KY, Sabrina A. Baker (Phil) of Johnstown, OH and Stephanie A. Carnes of Wapakoneta; and her siblings, Gary D. Lambert (Karen) of Wapakoneta, Jerry A. Lambert (Susan) of Ward, AK and Heather W. Long (David) of Spencerville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
