We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2021, at the age of 88, Ruth Kurtz of Spencerville, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Kurtz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Mary Rose Heil Barnett; her husband Larry E. Kurtz; her siblings, Ireta Short (Lowell), Lila Place (David) and William "Bill" Barnett; and her sons-in-law, Mike Brincefield, Randy Cross and Craig Raabe.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Williams (Garland "Gar") of Rockport, Jean Williams (Greg Evans) of Lima, Carol Brincefield of Spencerville and Ellen Franklin (Brian) of Lima; and her sisters, Donna Grant of Spencerville and Linda Limbert (Sam) of Port Jefferson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Vancrest-Sara Jane Activities Fund or to Alzheimers Assn. in care of the funeral home.
