He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Salisbury-Rex; his children, Daniel C. Rex (Sarah) of Columbus, Jonathan E. Rex (Lindsay), Nathan A. Rex and Rachael M. Rex; the mother of his children Debra Hurles (Michael) of Spencerville; his son Justin A. Hogue of Ft. Walton Beach, FL.; his grandson Jordan Alexander Rex; and his sister Anna Marie Rex of Lima.
