He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Snyder and Alma McKenzie (Dove); his wife Norma Rose Dunbar; and his siblings, Fred Snyder and Loretta McKenzie.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Snyder of Spencerville, Ann Redman (Mike) of Davenport, IA and Steven Snyder (Roxanne) of Lima; his sister Lorraine Ellerbrock (Bob) of Dundee, MI; and his close friend Wanda Newland. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
