He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Franklin and C. Louise Hirn Zimmerman; his wife Mary Anne Neil; and his sister Janice Reed (Bill). He is survived by: his sons, Douglas A. Zimmerman (Denise C.) of Spencerville, Kevin J. Zimmerman (Cheryl L.) of Aurora, CO. and Michael A. Zimmerman (Emily V.) of Parker, CO.; and his stepsons, Sean Chapman (Della) of Spencerville and Matt Chapman (Kendra) of Lafayette. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren.
