He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Eugene; his wife Linda L. Fryer (Binkley); his daughter Kersten Fay Archer; and his sister Viola E. Broders. He is survived by: his children, Teresa A. Wienken (Carl) of Venedocia, Richard Bradley Fryer (Shana) of Venedocia and Katrena F. Laber of Fayette; his son-in-law James Archer of Ohio City; his grandchildren, Amanda M. Ledbetter (Nickolas) of Stafford, VA, Joseph E. Wienken of Spencerville, Chad A. Fryer (Amanda) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Devlin Hinojosa of Laredo, TX, Tazmin J. Archer of Ohio City and Desirae N. Archer of Ohio City; his great grandchild Freya Fryer of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his sister Irene O. Grear (Fryer) of Spencerville.
