She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William L. Seibert and Lucille Seibert (Wright); her husband William Harold Fell (W. H.); her brother Hugh Seibert (Nancy); her sisters-in-law, Vicki Seibert and Virginia Fell; her children, Carl Fell (Kathy), Lynn Fell (Mary) and Dorine Vogel (Daniel); her grandchildren, Andrew Fell (Katie), Rachel Blake (Adam), Jamison Vogel (Rebekah) and Jonathan Vogel; her great grandchildren, Levi Blake, Magnolia Blake and Baby Vogel; her brother Jay Seibert; and her siblings-in-law, Norman Fell and Neoma Montgomery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Kossuth Zion United Methodist Church.
