She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lowell and Donna Jean Wieter (Smith); her husband Lewis Edward "Ed" Wilgus Jr.; and her brother Lawrence Wappelhorst. She is survived by: her sons, Chad Wilgus of Lima, Andrew Wilgus (Angela) of Little Rock, AR and Josh Wilgus (Jen) of Van Wert; and her siblings, Leon Wieter of Spencerville, Wendy Whittington (Scott) of Milan, IN, Kerri "Beanie" Wieter of Spencerville and Twyla Nuttle of Spencerville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
