He is survived by: his spouse Michele Raye'Micki'Smith; his children, Frances Bourne of Virginia, John Neeley of Lima and Leslie Lauf of Spencerville; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jaylee, De'Jon, Tyra, Karolyne, Nyla and Kayne; and his siblings, David Neeley (Connie) of Florida, Tim Stringer (Cindy) of Florida and Stella Beeler (Jerry) of Florida.
