The memory of Nancy Shaffer of Spencerville, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on June 22, 2024 at the age of 65, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her mother Beatrice Elizabeth Kaverman (Lindeman); and her father-in-law Rex Shaffer. She is survived by : her father Donald Kaverman; her husband William "Bill"; and her brother Larry Kaverman of Toledo.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home (728 E 4th St, Spencerville, OH 45887). A prayer was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 7:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (500 S Canal St, Spencerville, OH 45887).

In honor of Nancy, preferred memorials may be given to the Spencerville Ambulance Service.
