He was predeceased by: his parents, Max McMichael and Vonda Whetstone McMichael; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Creviston; his sons, Scott McMichael (Margaret) of Wapakoneta, Jay McMichael (Jennifer) of Spencerville, Ryan McMichael (Stephanie) of Spencerville and Grant McMichael (Kristin) of Spencerville; his grandchildren, Samantha, Cole, Brelyn, Savannah, Delia, Vera and Max; his cousin Bob McMichael (Nancy); his siblings, Sue Ford (Billie), Maxine McMichael, Gary McMichael and Allen McMichael (Sally); and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Rempfer (Ben), Deb McMichael, Anita Gagnon and Kevin Creviston (Tina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center, who provided Wayne and his family comfort and care during his battle with cancer.
