He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Gertrude "Trudie" Scherpe; his grandchildren, Conny Sheets (Luann) of Lima, Randy Sheets of Mendon, Michelle Bardo (Chad) of Lima, Crystal Chernov (Boris) of Lima, Chelsea George (Elliott) of Lima, Dylan Bardo, Jordan Coleman, Colton Bardo, Cayden Edwards, Aubrey, Ivan Chernov, Charlotte and Elsea George; and his sister Edna Meuleman of Dayton.
