She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Leffel; her sisters, Ruth Bobo (James) and Carol Elizabeth; her daughter Teresa Dillhoff (Henderson); and her son-in-law Robert L. Dillhoff.
She is survived by: her sister Lucie Furrow (Dick); her children, Roger Henderson (Jackie) and Gayla Metzger; her stepsons, Rex Leffel (Colleen) and Ron Leffel (Kathy); her grandchildren, Joe Metzger (Michelle), Matthew Dillhoff, Mark Henderson (Jess), Jill Antonucci (Arian), Rachel Smith (Jerrod) and Megan Wold (Theo); her stepgrandchildren, Amber Cozad (Adam), Ben Leffel (Brooke), Emily Leffel and Chad Leffel (Clarissa); and her great grandchildren, Chase, Lenna Smith, Charlotte Dillhoff, Luke Henderson, Mia Antonucci, Gwen, Ruger, Vivi Lynn Cozad, Peregrina, Annunziata, Magdalena Wold, Cash, Carter, Cain and Charlotte Leffel.
