It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Owen of Spencerville, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Owen and Margaret Owen; his cousins, Julie Clark and Rick Arthur (Barb); and also Tom Arthur.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Miller (Tenwalde); his children, Tom Owen (Deb) of Toledo, Jody Perry (Jeromy) of Galena, Rhonda Stroh (Brad Gasser) of Delphos, Robin Stroh (Mike) of St. Mary's and Roxann Furley (Ted) of Ottoville; his grandchildren, Nicki, Steve Owen of Toledo, Seirra, Brayden Perry of Galena, Dakota, Taylor, Hunter Stroh of Delphos, Logan Miller (Katelyn) of St Mary's, Cole, Isabelle, Chase Furley of Ottoville, Emily (Trevor McElroy) and Hannah Stroh of Michigan; his great grandchildren, Rhea and Rory; his siblings, Pat Reier of Spencerville, Thomas E. Arthur, Jr. of Cridersville, Jean Hanna (Steve) of Columbus and Leslie Link of Bronson, FL.; and also Joy Arthur.
