Dale Rex II (Sharon) of Spencerville, OH, Janell Golliher of Lima, OH, Janeen Rex of Spencerville, OH and John Rex (Kelley) of Bloomfield Hills, MI; his siblings, Linda J. Neuenschwander (Jim) of Granville, OH and Mike J. Rex of Columbus, OH; his sister-in-law Sue Rex of Lima, OH.; his son-in-law Charles Golliher; and his brother Vernon Rex. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Spencerville Food Pantry or the Shriners Children's Hospital.
