It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Howell of Spencerville, Ohio, born in McComb, Ohio, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kinsey and Dorthea Young Kinsey; her husband Donald E. Howell; her sons, Rev. David Howell and Rich Howell; and her brother Keith Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Howell of Spencerville; her daughter-in-law Pam Howell (Joe) of Landeck; her grandchildren, Jessica Howell (Pete) of Detroit and Charlie Howell (Dawn) of Huber Heights; her great grandchild Rosie Howell of Celina; her siblings, Donna, Bill and Kay Coby (Gary) of Shawnee; and her close friends, Charlie of Delphos, Alison Bearing of Delphos and Blake Morgan of Delphos.
