She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Larry" Weilacher and Lavina Weilacher (McMinn); her former spouse Thomas W. Wagoner; her husband Ronald Welker; and her siblings, Lou Ann Washburn and Vaughn Weilacher.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ed Weilacher (Carol) of Delphos and Karen Hurles (Billy) of Dayton, NV. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, in honor of Ina memorials may be given to the family or an organization of your choice.
