She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville Purdy and Mary Purdy (Edwards); her siblings, Leona Merle Purdy (Wiler) and John Richard Purdy; her husband John Richard Andrews; her daughter Linda K. Lewis MD of Marana; her son-in-law William Lewis MD of Marana; and her grandson Bryce Lewis.
