He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Schwark and Betty M. Cosart Schwark; and his siblings, Ted Schwark and Susan Yant. He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Heidlebaugh; his son Cory D. Schwark of Delphos; his siblings, Stephen Schwark (Polly) of Sarasota, FL., Judy Holden (Bill) of Wimauma, FL., Stephanie Flatt (Daryl) of Sugarland, TX. and Amanda St (John); and his parents-in-law, Norman Heidlebaugh (Sondra) of Spencerville, Linda Yahl (Ed) of St. Marys and Susan Heidlebaugh of Spencerville.
