He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Owens; his children, Jennifer L. Lotz (Joseph) of Anchorage, AK., Bradley E. Whetstone (Slone) of Spencerville and Carrie A. King of Spencerville; and his siblings, Danelda Roberts (James) of Wapakoneta and Nieta Border (Gene) of Cridersville.
