He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lavern and Ethel Cleo Martin Feathers. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Downs; and his children, Freddie L. Feathers, Jr. (Rita) of Wilshire, Bill Feathers (Cheryl) of Wapakoneta, Steve Feathers (Sherry) of Portland, IN and Pamela Feathers of St. Mary. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Shriner's Hospital.
