He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Harruff and Anna Horvath Harruff; his wife Roxanne Smith; his great grandchild Alayna Lyn Nishay George; and his siblings, Infant Irene Harruff, Barbara Harruff, Jean Harruff, Larry Harruff and Dwight Harruff.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Lyn Riemann of Spencerville; his granddaughters, Amber Lyn Coil (Mike George III) of Spencerville, Jessica Lynn Riemann of Spencerville and Elizabeth Ann-Marie Riemann (Miguel Fuson) of Spencerville; and his great grandchildren, Julian Marcus Coil, Eliyana Lyn George and Penelope Rose Powell.
