He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer C. "Jack" and Iva Irene Brannan (Krites); and his siblings, Nancy Kinstle and James Brannan. He is survived by: his close friend Michele Miller of Spencerville; his siblings-in-law, Steve Kinstle (Connie) of Wapakoneta and Dev Brannan of Wapakoneta; and also, Heather Klingler (Shane) of Napoleon, Jessica Poppe (Jerry) of South Beloit, Ill., Nikki Miller-Licht (Frank) of Smyrna, Tenn., Ashley Miller (Paul) of Lima and Courtney Miller (Chad Murray) of Northbridge, Mass.. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
