He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph, Abigail, Grace and Stella Meyer; his grandparents, Ron Bowersock (Pam Fitzgerald) of Spencerville, Mary Roof (Jim) of Van Wert and Carolyn Sue Meyer (Schwinnen) of Spencerville; his great-grandparent Margie Kemp of Delphos; his aunts and uncles, Cory Bowersock, Cody Bowersock (Katie), Glen Young, Frank Meyer, Jr. (Samantha), Jennifer Prine (Chad) and Sarah Miller (Ron); and his great-aunt Judith Schwinnen.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
