She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Fernolend and Katherine Lutch Fernolend; her husband Duane M. "Bones" Binkley; her son Duane Michael Binkley; her son-in-law David Litsey; her grandson Jason Binkley; her siblings, Katie Tomsic (John), Sara Frischkorn (George), George "Gig" Fernolend and Michael Fernolend; and her parents-in-law, Greta Mulholland (Lyman Jr.), Sharon Graessle (Don), Linda Fryer, Donald, Keith, Robert, Darrell Binkley and Charles Winkle.
She is survived by: her children, David V. Binkley (Glenna) of Lima and Diane K. Litsey of Spencerville; her daughter-in-law Judy A. Binkley of Lima; her grandchildren, Jon D. Brewer of Venedocia, Brian M. Binkley (Melissa M.) of Lima, Amber L. Litsey (Steve Charles) of Slidell, Jennifer A. Myers (David) of Lima and David C. Litsey (Stacey Lynn) of Spencerville; her stepgranddaughter Kisha Blue (Chris) of Van Wert; her great grandchildren, Braden, Carson, Emily, Elise, Evan, Katelyn, Dylan, Miah, Brooklyn and Brianna; and her parents-in-law, Dick Fryer of Spencerville and Norma Winkle of Cridersville.
