She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Lapham and Treva Lapham; and her siblings, Marolyn Reese and Melvin Lapham. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Murphy; her sisters, Janice and Treva; her sons, Dan Murphy (Janna) and Patrick Murphy; and her grandchildren, Jessica Parker (Scott), Amanda Parlapiano (Matt), Levi Metzger (Rachel), Joey Metzger (Sarah), Michael Murphy (Gabby Schramm) and Justin Murphy (Sierra Trimmer).
