He was predeceased by: his brother Brian; his grandparents, Josephine Souris, Madge and Jon Herte; and his mother-in-law Joann Pack.
He is survived by: his mother Georgia Herte of Spencer; his wife Kathy; his daughters, Raichel (Kyle) and Rebecca (Alex); his stepchildren, Kristen (Kevin), Vanessa (Chris) and William (Kristen); his grandchildren, Walker, Rowan, Logan of Haleigh, DJ, Austin, Emma, Andrew, Nicholas and Allison; and his siblings, Clint, Mark, Keith, Lisa and Susan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
