In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Nancy had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Nancy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herman and Ferrie Irene Gravenstreter (Miller) of York Township; her husband James Dale Cather; her daughter Terry; and her brother-in-law Don Cather.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Huiatt (Ron); her grandson John; and her brothers-in-law, Dean Cather (Skip) and Duane Cather. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff of The Inn at Ashland Woods, Gentiva Hospice and the Ashland County Cancer Association for their kindness and care during the past year.
