He is survived by: his wife Linda (Gray); his children, Lydia Block (Paul) and David Bertram Thomas (Kayla); his grandson Elliot Bertram; his siblings, John, Bill Bertram (Shirley) and Jane Richards; his nephew Matthew (Anya); his niece Rebecca (Mario); his great-nieces, Rose, Chloe and Gabrielle; and his great-nephew Preston.
