He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Michael; his daughter Donna Skrant; and his siblings, Florence Suttle, Margie, Helen Tommer, Maryann Namoski, Raymond "Bud" Skrant and Joey Skrant.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Thomas, Judy Alheit and Daniel Skrant Jr.; his grandchildren, Rebecca Rollin (Joe), Ashley Owen (Nik), Sarah Thomas and Holli Alheit; his great grandchildren, Joey, Jackson, Hank, Ashton, Nahla, Wyatt and Weston; and his brother Stanley Skrant (Donna).
Butch was a long-time supporter of Spencer Community Fire District, where memorial contributions may be made in his name and mailed to P.O. Box 82, Spencer, Ohio 44275, or made at Farmers Savings Bank in Spencer.
